Tournament Organizers Check List
To help your tournament run smoothly, Pine View has put together an Organizers Check List. You will find some mandatory requirements* set by Pine View and some others helpful to your tournament.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- Secure date with required deposit.
- Fill out registration form. (Can be downloaded here.)
- Finalize contract and sign.
- Send in tee sheet with final numbers no later than 8 days prior to event.
- Finalize number of golf carts required no later than 8 days prior to event.
- Send in Hole Designation List no later than 8 days prior to event.
- Any signage must arrive at least 1 day prior to event.
- Finalize numbers for dinners no later than 48 hours out.
- Notify all volunteers to arrive no later than 1 hour prior to tee off. If you require them to be out at a designated hole, please have them identify themselves at the pro shop.
- Be sure to let us know of any special requirements that you may need, i.e. banquet hall set up, dietary requests, etc.
- Book date for next year. (Repeat dates can not be guaranteed.)
